This trip, Guy Fieri's digging into hearty handfuls of major flavor. First up, a funky joint in Memphis, Tenn., is taking pizza and wings to the next level. Then, in Calgary, Alberta, an authentic Mexican spot is dishing out legit chicharron and tasty tacos, and in St. Simons Island, Ga., it's a taste of Argentina with elevated empanadas and the bomb beef short ribs.

This trip, Guy’s catchin’ up with some of his favorite Triple-D spots. First up, a taste of Vietnam in Orlando, where a husband-wife duo are crankin’ out three times the servings of their killer phở than before. Then in Memphis, Graceland meets Flavortown at a joint smokin’ sweet and tangy barbecue and dishin’ dessert fit for The King. And in Philly, an old school diner puttin’ their spin on classics like ham empanadas and cheesesteak egg rolls.

And in coastal Georgia, a joint puttin' its spin on Nashville hot chicken with a side of spicy shrimp.

In Orlando, a Brazilian joint famous for overstuffed potatoes now cookin' up even more South American specialties. In Memphis, revisitin' a from-scratch soul food spot carryin' on Momma's traditions and startin' some of their own. And on the waters of Rhode Island, a seasonal shack uppin' their game with a lobster BLT and a two-pound fried seafood platter.

In Phoenix, a husband and wife team crankin' their grill into overdrive for unique twists on Armenian and Persian meat on a skewer. In Colorado, a crêpe haven throwin' down both savory and sweet takes on the folded French classic. And in San Antonio, keepin' with the French flavor at a neighborhood joint turnin' hearty comfort food into haute cuisine.
