Up until 6 years ago, 52-year-old Paul was a normal dad. Then everything changed, Now Paul has Tourette's but wants to provide for his family once more. Brett is 34 and is autistic and struggles to talk and has no qualifications.

Tom, 27, has an extreme form of Tourette's Syndrome and 29-year-old Ashley has Asperger's Syndrome both are desperate to find work and have hidden strengths that would benefit an employer - but they have to prove it.

23-year-old Ellie lead a normal life until suddenly she started yelling marshmallow in a supermarket, she developed Tourette's and was forced to quit her job as a youth worker. 27-year-old Ben has Asperger's and obsesses about order.
