Finally, we return to Fargo, North Dakota, where emergency room doctor Mary Aaland, armed with a $700,000 budget, transformed a historic mansion into an entertainer's dream!

Next, we check in with Jamie and Ben, first time buyers in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who managed to find a home within their $300,000 budget with everything they wanted, except a driveway!
