Elite office worker Masato Kamishiro (Hiroki Narimiya) and his wife Mio (Miori Takimoto) were living a smooth-sailing married life. But one day, Mio realizes that a photo sent by Masato, who was supposed to be away on a business trip, is an alibi photo he picked up from the internet. A hint of doubt is brought into their peaceful daily life. Furthermore, a "murder of a female journalist" has occurred in the neighborhood, and it has been making the news day after day with the culprit still at large. Something begins to fall apart behind the scenes of their happy marriage...

Detective Tomizawa (Yamaguchi Makiya) visits Mio Kamishiro (Takimoto Miori), who works at a patisserie, to investigate the "murder of a female journalist." The victim, Yuhi Minamizawa (Kumada Rinka), frequently visited the patisserie, despite not liking sweets.
