Jimmy learns to gravity-fish. Bikes it to a women-only farm specialising in sheep and deer. And still finds time for New Zealand's oldest distillery.

On the way to Christchurch, Jimmy stops for some sensational crayfish at Nin's Bin, the world's first food truck. And out on the farm, it's horse vs tractor.

Jimmy goes sea-clam harvesting. In wine country, he finds birds of prey protect the grapes, while in Wellington, the locals want all the rats to leave the city.

In Auckland, Jimmy mixes it with the godfather of fusion food and meets the people who put NZ's fresh produce on the map. He also milks a buffalo.
