2. Castle Farm

Amanda visits Castle Farm near Newport, south Wales. During the pandemic the farm expanded to support four families with their dairy cows, chickens and the farm shop business. The host joins three generations of the farm-owning family at the prestigious Usk Country Show where their milkshake machine pulls in some much needed revenue and the younger members show off their calf.
