Season 1

A murder investigation brings Inspector Munir back to his hometown Seri Daik. His return forces him to confront old wounds. This includes Yusof, the man who was once Munir’s friend until a tragedy drove them apart.

Yusof is questioned by Munir and Cay as a suspect in Haikal’s disappearance. Further investigation leads Munir to a settlement of squatters in the jungle while Cay pursues her own leads.

The list of suspects in Haikal's disappearance grows, even as the search teams come up empty-handed. Yusof learns that Wangi has been studying black magic under his father, Pak Akob.

Haikal's death casts a pall over Seri Daik. Driven by guilt, Munir resorts to extreme measures to solve the case. Dato' Jamil suspects that forces within his own organisation are conspiring against him.

A shocking truth about Dato' Jamil comes to light. As Munir and Cay continue to dig, Dato' Steven puts contingency plans in place. Yusof races to identify the person in his latest vision and prevent another death.

With the body count rising, Munir concedes that something here defies logical explanation and that Yusof's visions may be the key. Dato' Jamil takes drastic measures to stop things spiraling further out of control.
