The Gorga/Giudice feud moves to the next generation as Gia goes to battle with her uncle; Jackie learns Jennifer has been digging for dirt on Evan, while Dolores' housewarming party ends in tears when she takes Margaret's side over Jennifer's.

Luis hosts a pizza party in the hopes of mending the Gorga and Giudice families. Meanwhile, Dolores comes to a crossroads in her relationship with David, and Jackie starts to question Dolores’ loyalty provoking a rage in Dolores not seen before.

While Jackie goes to treatment for her eating disorder and receives life-threatening news, Dolores plots how to get back at her for questioning her loyalty. On the other hand, Melissa invites everyone down the shore, but new rumors about Teresa’s boyfriend, Luis, threaten to ruin the entire trip.
