Nigel Doggett died suddenly, leaving behind a devastated wife and four children. It's no surprise that housework has fallen off the radar. Kim and Aggie arrive to a spotless downstairs, but upstairs chaos reigns...

In this special episode, Kim and Aggie are on the case of a different kind of filthy beggar: the rat. Tower Hamlets council has asked them to back up their rat-catching efforts.
