The police find a dead taxi driver in a burnt taxi.

In 1999, Zhuang Shu is caught due to a street fight and scolded by a police officer. Later on, Zhuang Shu learns the policer officer was killed.

Another Chengguan police officer is shot to death.

Zhao Xiaodong and Zhuang Shu go to Doctor Sun Tianfu's clinic to investigate.

Zhao Xiaodong finally catches the murderer.
