Season 1

The Dhillons' are joined by their family and friends along with the Sidhus from Canada to celebrate the wedding of their elder daughter Bal. The fragmented and dysfunctional nature of the family comes to the fore during the wedding.

Mrs Dhillon is frustrated with Dhillon's obsession with the lottery and nags him all the time while the children are busy living their individual lives. Sid has a crush on Kam and follows her. Things come to a head when Sid discovers Steve in Kam's life.

Life comes a full circle when unknown to the family Dhillon hits the 'Jackpot' and wins the millions he had always dreamt of. But the win comes at a price and the question looms large - will winning the lottery bring any change in Dhillon's relationship with his family?

Dhillon claims the lottery and the tables turn overnight. The whole family warms up to him and the neighborhood celebrates his victory. Dhillon decides to put everyone straight - as he says in his own words from. Now he will 'KICK BUTT'.

Dhillon buys a big house, a big car and all the trappings of the wealthy. To keep his blood sucking family at an arms length, he appoints Mr Sira as his PA so that his family has to make an appointment to see him. The Dhillon clan shows they're true colours and decide to settle the score with Dhillon.

The roller-coaster ride of fun and frolic turns emotional when Mrs Dhillon finds out about Tony and the children's plan. She asks for forgiveness from Dhillon and redeems herself. Life comes a full circle as Dhillon decides to donate his winnings.
