SHA is rebellious and lazy. He does nothing at home. He always goes out with BO BO, WAH and BILL & bothers around. BO BO is MA WAN's daughter and WAN is SHA's father's assistant. In order to show his talent, SHA arranges to rob a group of Taiwan gamblers in his father's casino with BO, WAH and BILL. MA WAN appears and sees through their plot by the time they want to leave. SHA and BO carelessly flee into a hotel which is set up by SHEUNG KIN. In fact, SHA's father, HOR FAT and KIN staked their life to challenge YAN CHUNG WAN. However, KIN retreated before the game started. YAN was too confident in himself and lost in the game. He committed suicide by shooting himself. YAT was regarded as the 'King of Gamblers'. KIN was then forced to earn a living in the remote area. YAT and KIN has became enemies. SHA has no money. He then cheats in the hotel. KIN sees through his plot……

TIN defects KIN easily. TIN even claims that he will challenge YAT. YAT is surprised to hear that KIN was defeated by TIN who is nobody known in the gambling world. SHA wants to help his father. He secretly investigates TIN but is in vain. TIN bursts into YAT's casino. He uses one thousand US dollars to be his capital. He meets WAN on the gambling table. WAN is defeated by him. Tin eventually is qualified to compete wath YAT. TIN is too confident in himself and loses. He even stakes his life for a bet. YAT defeats him again. By the time TIN wants to kill himself, YAT claims that he can let him free. SHA teases him for revenge. TIN resolUtely chops his right hand off. SHA is shocked. HOR FAY YEUNG backs to Hong Kong after graduated from the medical faculty. He meets SING YUEN YUEN in the airport. They leave a deep impression on each other. On the way home, YEUNG meets TIN who is seriously injured and falls down in the street……

SHA meets YUEN. He is attracted by her beauty and starts to chase her. He even rescues YUEN in one occasion. YEUNG and SHA talk with each other. They pity each other. YEUNG meets WU MAY whose face is inflamed. She is also dumb. She wants to work in the casino. YEUNG sympathizes her and employs her. MAY is affected with gratitude. TIN eventually awakes. He thanks for YUEN. However, he is very irritated when he has found that he can hardly recover. YEUNG and YUEN take care TIN together and have more chance to see each other. They soon become good friends. TIN asks KIN to give him the money he deserved. However, KIN insults him. YUEN witnesses the situation & begs her father to let him be. MAY is hurted. YEUNG takes good care of her. YUEN appreciates YEUNG. SHA eventually knows YEUNG and YUEN are lovers. He decides to help YEUNG. SHA secretly plays trick on TSE HANG who also wants to chase YUEN……

HANG wants to win on the gambling table so as not to lose face. SHA cheats on the gambling table. HANG identifies SHA and YEUNG. KIN appears. Meanwhile, the casino is on fire. SHA and YEUNG take the opportunity to flee away. KIN and HANG find YAT for revenge. Uncle HUNG appears and mediates among them. The case is eventually settled. However, KIN is still very angry and swears that he must take revenge. He even stop YUEN to see YEUNG. Later, SHA and YEUNG have known that WAN is the secret who set the fire during the emergency. He risks his life to rescue the two. They feel grateful with WAN'help. MAY finds that YEUNG is sad. She then disguises as the servant from a florist so as to send message for YUEN and YEUNG. YUEN uses HANG to go out. She aims to meet YEUNG. They express their love to each other. KIN's subordinates arrive. They make them faint and arrest YEUNG. YEUNG is locked up in a warehouse……

SHA brings YUEN to MAY's house. They are surprised to find that MAY's home is very dirty. They even find that MAY's personality is also very strange. KIN is very angry when he has found that YUEN is being kidnapped. He questions YAT angrily. YAT does not know the case. He suspects it is done by SHA. SHA extorts KIN. KIN agrees to exchange YEUNG for YUEN. KIN brings YEUNG to the agreed place. He hides some gunpowder and his people to attEack SHA. Fortunately, MAY helps them secretly during the emergency. YEUNG knows that MAY is his patron from SHA. He suggest to cure her disease but MAY refuses. YAT signs an agreement with the same profession. This agreement adversely affects KIN's casino business. KIN wants HANG's father who is very rich to help the deliberately match YUEN with HANG. However, YUEN refuses HANG in public. KIN is very angry with YUEN. SHA brings YEUNG to MAY's home. YUEN worries a lot for YEUNG. She sets at ease when she has known from BO that YEUNG is alright. YEUNG is not getting better. MEI knows that he must be missing YUEN too much. Thus, she arranges YEUNG to meet YUEN. She and YEUNG pretend to be the wanderers. YEUNG witnesses that YUEN has followed TIN. He abandons himself to despair. MEI scolds him. YEUNG awakes and learns the gambling skills from MEI delight. When TIN has known that YUEN meets YEUNG secretly, he is very angry. He wants to rape her. However, YUEN only loves YEUNG. TIN leaves angrily. WAN finds that BO is very strange recently. He sends somebody to follow him. KIN also takes this opportunity to investigate the case……

YUEN finds some medicine in KIN's room. She immediately passes the medicine to YEUNG for curing YAT. However, the medicine is actually poison. KIN scolds YUEN. YUEN implores TIN to help. TIN refuses. YUEN changes her attitude towards TIN. TIN knows what YUEN wants. He agrees to stop KIN killing YAT. YEUNG has eventually known that YUEN sacrifices her marriage to help the HOR's family. YEUNG blames himself who does nothing. YAT is getting better. He teaches SHA the gambling technique. YEUNG also wants to learn. YAT agrees to teach YEUNG after thorough consideration. YEUNG practises gambling technique in MEI' s place secretly. He improves tremendously. SHA wants to give up. YEUNG comforts SHA. YAT feels surprised with YEUNG's great improvement. He is doubtful with his explanation. YEUNG is very nervous as he knows that YUEN and TIN will get marry very soon. It does affect his gambling performance……

YEUNG persuades YAT to allow him challenging TIN. YEUNG and SHA challenge TIN during his wedding. There are a lot of audience in the casino. She deliberately avoids any eye contact with him. TIN and YEUNG gamble. TIN asks YUEN to deliver the cards. YUEN is fainted during the important moment. They postpone the competition. YEUNG worries for YUEN and loses confidence. MEI comforts him and guides him. YEUNG implores TIN to let YEUNG win. It even stimulates TIN to be more determined in winning YEUNG. YUEN hurts TIN with a knife. TIN is very upset. YEUNG and TIN start to gamble. YUEN suddenly bursts into the casino and continues her job. YEUNG could eventually see through TIN's trick and wins. YUEN requests YEUNG to let TIN free. By the time TIN wants to leave. KIN shoot him. YEUNG kills KIN in confusion. YUEN refuses to see YEUNG temporarily after the incident. MEI is happy to see YEUNG' s achievement……

YEUNG tries his best to help TIN. He even invites TIN to be his right-hand man. TIN agrees. YAT again questions YEUNG why his gambling skills has been improved tremendously. YEUNG does not give him an answer. MEI says farewell to YEUNG. YEUNG requests her to stay but is in vain. YAT sees MEI and follows her. He finds that MEI has stayed with WAN in a metal clinic. YAT finds this unbelievable. YEUNG visits MEI and finds that she is trapped in a fire. YEUNG tries to rescue her. However, MEI ignores her safety & asks YEUNG to save WAN. YEUNG knows that YAT is the one who wants to kill WAN. He is shocked. On the way home he meets SHA. He then knows that YAT will pass the casino to SHA. YAT tells YEUNG the story between WAN and him. YEUNG is very surprised to know his real identity. Moreover, YAT wants to shoot him. He cannot believe the whole story. SHA arrives and finds that YAT is very painful……

After YUEN had died, YEUNG has changed a lot. He becomes very cruel. TIN is surprised with his change. YEUNG concerns for SHA's affection on the surface. In fact, he hates SHA a lot. He imputes all fault to SHA. He injects some poison in his body secretly. He pretends to pity him. The casino business is blooming. YEUNG is in high spirits and becomes very arrogant. He does not respect the elder generation. WAH and BILL are allowed to take SHA out. SHA escapes away. He goes to an underground casino. He is curious to everything in the casino. After the plastic surgery, MEI restores her old appearance. YEUNG takes care her and helps her to dress up. MEI secretly admires YEUNG. YEUNG is drunk & disillusions that MEI is YUEN. He embraces her in his arm. MEI enjoys a lot. SHA is driven away by YEUNG and wanders in the street. He is beaten by others for steeling food. He meets with KAN LING. LING lends him a helping hand……

SHA and WAN are very crazy. They make the food a mess. The clinic then is in food shortage. The clinic director, NUN HAR, is very angry. She notices that YEUNG is a generous donator in the newspaper. However, she cannot contact him. Sister HAR and LING disguise as a male and try to win some money in the casino. In fact, Sister HAR was fond of gambling in the past & she eventually lost all her possession. She then become a nun. The casino staff discover that Sister HAR is cheating in the casino. LING bursts into YEUNG's office & begs him to forgive them. YUENG finds that LING's appearance is very similar to YUEN. He is shocked. Since YEUNG has met LING. His mood is getting better. He decides to chase LING. MEI is sad. LING brings YEUNG to visit the mental clinic. Though he has met WAN, he dare not to recognize him. SHA is crazy. LING goes to take care him. YEUNG is shocked when he sees SHA……

TIN meets LING. He mentions YUEN before LING unconsciously. LING feels strange. YEUNG brings LING to YUEN's tomb to have a look. Sister HAR feels that WAN and SHA's symptom are very strange. LING knows that YEUNG is a doctor. She asks YEUNG to examine them. LING goes to his casino. She is very dissatisfied with YEUNG's way in doing and approaching things. Sister HAR is shocked with WAN's special talent. WAN slips into the clinic of office. In confusion he breaks SHA's medicine. SHA again is very sick. LING tries her best to make SHA sleep. WAH and BILL visit SHA. They sing his favourite songs. SHA has some response. They immediately tell YEUNG. YEUNG pretends that he is very happy. He immediately injects him some medicine. He warns LING to inject him the medicine on time, otherwise, his life will be at stake. YEUNG sends somebody to deal with WAH and BILL. TIN begs YEUNG to let them free. YEUNG agrees……

SHA is getting better, LING is very happy. With WAN's help, SHA can overcome the pain. LING and Sister HAR feels strange about WAN who is so queer. YEUNG knows that SHA is a bit better. He tries to question them. WAN deliberately destroys his plan. LING and Sister HAR suspect YEUNG and do not tell him SHA's progress. YEUNG asks LING to marry him. LING refuses politely. YEUNG does not give up. He tries to force LING to marry him in public. LING is very angrily & slaps YEUNG. YEUNG is shocked. YEUNG is very downcast. He is drunk and involves himself in trouble. MEI decides to help him. MEI meets LING and asks LING to see YEUNG. LING refuses resolutely. MEI hits LING and brings her away. SHA witnesses the case and chases them. However, MEI leaves in a second. TIN finds that MEI acts strangely. He follows her and sees through her plot. YEUNG is dissatisfied with MEI and slaps her. He swears that he must have LING……

YEUNG is very arrogant. He does not respect the elder generation. They are very dissatisfied with him. SHA recovers his memory. He lays an ambush to attack YEUNG in revenge for his father. YEUNG is fainted after a car crash. By the time SHA wants to kill YEUNG. LING arrives. She forces SHA to leave. SHA is eager to take revenge immediately. However, LING and Sister HAR persuades him to check the case first and wash off his crime. YEUNG is saved by MEI. He remembers that SHA is the killer. He suspects that SHA has already recovered. He goes to the clinic to investigate. YEUNG insults SHA. SHA suppresses his anger and pretends that he is still mad. SHA can eventually cheat YEUNG. In order to make SHA suffer, he stops his financial help. He even buys the land where the mental clinic located. He forces them to move away. Sister HAR knows that WAN always wins in gambling……

SHA discloses YEUNG’s evil deeds in the public. However, YEUNG denies. WAH and BILL arrive. They want to sacrifice themselves to kill YEUNG. Uncle HUNG stops. They agree to make a bet. When SHA has known that LING is willing to marry YEUNG for his sake, he is angrier with YEUNG. He learns from YEUNG and stakes his life. He even tells LING his love. LING is very touched. MEI is very upset when she has heard that YEUNG locked up WAN and HAR for the sake of LING. MEI tells YAM her grievance. TIN opposes YEUNG's way in doing things. He quarrels with YEUNG. TIN even claims that he will challenge YEUNG again. TIN is surprised with WAN's gambling skills. He secretly tests WAN in the prison. MEI sees TIN and drives him away. TIN has warned MEI before he leaves. He even affirms that he will win YEUNG. WAH and BILL risk into the casino in order to rescue WAN and HAR. However, they are in vain, BILL is beaten to death……

TIN throws out some playing cards during emergency and hurts YEUNG. TIN takes the opportunity to escape away. The people in the casino are waiting for TIN to come. YEUNG pretends that there is nothing special. YEUNG is elated with joy before SHA and LING. SHA and LING are surprised with TIN's sudden retreat. They see TIN fainting before his car with blood splash all over his body. TIN tells SHA and LING that YEUNG has arranged somebody to kill him. TIN even tells them that he has accomplished in learning extraordinary gambling skills which has to hurt his body. SHA and LING are very shocked and have nothing to say. TIN dies with a smile looking at LING. YEUNG still does not know his father's secret in gambling. He decides to employ a famous doctor to cure him. MEI is very happy. SHA tries to learn TIN's gambling skill. However, he has failed for several times. He wants to hurt his body. LING stops him. She encourages SHA……

YEUNG is dissatisfied with MEI who wants to kill LING. He blames MEI. MEI tells YEUNG that she is in love with him. YEUNG is shocked. YEUNG again warns LING that he has caught Sister HAR. LING has no other alternative and agrees to marry him. SHA stops LING in time and challenges YEUNG. SHA and YEUNG bet against each other. YEUNG is in the upper hand. LING and Sister HAR worries a lot. SHA eventually wins. YEUNG is very upset. MEI suddenly comes up. She pretends that she is very angry and jealous. She shoots YEUNG and the bet has to stop. YEUNG wants to learn WAN's gambling skills. He urges the medicinal expert to precede some tests. He even threatens him with his family members' safety. MEI does not want to see WAN suffer. She damages those equipments connected with WAN. She is shocked to notice that YEUNG is willing to sacrifice his father. She even believes that YEUNG's change is because of LING……

YEUNG follows SHA and arrives the spot. YEUNG wants to use SHA's extraordinary power and kills him. SHA irritates YEUNG and makes YEUNG change his mind. However, SHA still witnesses YEUNG to bring LING away. He is very angry. YEUNG knows more about the twinning method' after a thorough analysis. He even sends somebody to disturb SHA's visual & auditory power. In another aspect, YEUNG injects some stimulant. There is some immediate feedback in him. YEUNG believes that he will win. Thus, he bets his life. SHA loses and keeps his promise. He tries to shoot himself. Meanwhile, WAN arrives and discloses what had happened between YAT and him years ago. His story saves SHA. SHA and Sister HAR leaves. Though they are reluctant to apart from LING. Though YEUNG does not like his father's way in handling things, he pretends to care about him. WAN sees through YEUNG's plot & teaches him a lesson……

WAN tempts YEUNG to come. He quickly ties YEUNG's hands with a handcuff in a wheel chair. WAN wants to explode a bomb. YEUNG pretends that he regrets for what he has done. WAN believes him and lets him go. YEUNG soon shows his cunning face. WAN is very disappointed. WAN tells SHA the 'winning method' before he dies. YEUNG sets a worship ceremony for his father. SHA and WAH bring WAN's corpse to the ceremony hall & disclose YEUNG's evil deed. YEUNG lies to cover the truth. A secret person arrives & denounces YEUNG's crime. In fact, MEI has not yet died after she fell down from the cliff. She wants to kill YEUNG but is shot down by YEUNG instead. YEUNG also takes the opportunity to kill SHA. Fortunately, he can escape away in time. YEUNG reveals in an interview that he is going to bet with an International King of Gambling. He is very confident in himself and expresses that he welcomes challenge……
