TO KA CHEONG backs to Hong Kong after-study abroad for four years. YEUNG LAP BILL, WONG YIN MING, TO KA WAI and TO KA LEE go to the airport to welcome him. Since they have not seen each other for a long time, they are very happy to see again. CHEONG, BILL, MING and the others gather together to talk. with each other. CHEONG is arranged to work in KEUNG's Paging Company. Peter and William and the others welcome CEHONG. However, JOE who is the same rank with CHEONG, resists him. CHEONG suggests KEUNG to make some counterfeit credit card. KEUNG agrees and orders Brother JOR to assist CHEONG. However, JOR is reluctant to assist CHEONG and does not cooperate with him. CHEONG complains JOR before KEUNG. KEUNG scolds JOR……

BILL asks CHEONG to find MING and informs MING's parents back to Hong Kong to find her also. CHEONG decides to seize power from KEUNG and plots to trap KEUNG. He creates a chance for the police to arrest KEUNG when he is involving in the counterfeit paper-note deal. KEUNG decides to flee away, he asks CHEONG to arrange this for him. In fact, KEUNG suspects CHEONG who has betrayed him. However, he has no other alternative and has to rely on CHEONG. CHEONG engrosses KEUNG's money and also buy in most of the shares of KEUNG's company. When KEUNG has known the case, he hates CHEONG a lot. Meanwhile, BILL begs KEUNG to set MING free, KEUNG thinks of a evil device.

KEUNG wants BILL to kill one person, then he will set MING free. BILL agrees. BILL takes action according to KEUNG's instruction. BILL finds out that his target is CHEONG. He wants to stop his action but is too late. CHEONG's car meets with an accident, LEE is dead. BILL regrets and goes to find KEUNG immediately. KEUNG wants to swallow his words and does not set MING free. Thus they start a quarrel. KEUNG is defeated by BILL. BILL saves MING and sets KEUNG free. BILL is very sorry for LEE's death. He decides to deliver himself up to justice and tells CHEONG the truth. When CHEONG has known the case, he blames himself who has indirectly killed LEE. YING still love BILL a lot, she is even pregnant for BILL. She overcomes many difficulties and marries with BILL in the prison. CHEONG blames himself a lot. WAI is very irritated and decides to become a nun. CHEONG feels even more painful……
