Season 1

As the Master of Sam Chut Villa is old, he wants his one of his students LOK YING, MO YUNG PAK and HA HAU SUN to inherit his role to lead the villa. SUN is the weakest among the three but he does not give up figuring the way to defeat the enemies - the evil sect known as Chat Chut Valley. PAK and YING are discontented with his attitude. They challenge EVIL MONK and SUN is hurt and faints. When he regains his consciousness, SUN hurts EVIL MONK. As his attention has been diverted, EVIL MONK is killed by PAK and YING. PAK and YING are excited and ignore SUN's effort. SUN is angry. The Elder suggests to choose the new Master by organizing duels. SUN gives up as he has no hope to win PAK and YING. However he leaves poisonous medicine on PAK's spear. YING is poisoned. SUN grasps the chance to kill the Master and he wants to get rid of PAK. SI protects PAK and gives him some time to escape. Unfortunately she is killed……

LAM finds the baby and adopts him. She names the baby PUN and she brings up PUN with her son TIP. PUN and TIP have grown up. They go to Sam Chut Villa to work and there PUN meets FUNG and is attracted by her. TIP loves NGOR but NGOR is a materialistic girl. TIP and PUN are going to apply for the job in the yamen. TIP misses NGOR and gives her a necklace. In fact it was given to PUN by YING. TIP is a strong man and he is employed. Though TIP tries to help him, PUN cannot get the job. In order to earn the reward, PUN asks TIP to act as a thief. TIP is imprisoned. In order to save TIP, PUN tricks the others when they are gambling but his tricks are discovered. PUN is locked up together with CHU KOT CHING YI. YI's comrades of Chat Chut Valley come to set YI free. They also release other prisoners.

HUNG and FUNG chases after YI. Members of Ching Shing School also come to assist them. They have a gang fight in which many people are killed. PUN and TIP take refuge under a bridge as it rains cats and dogs. There they find a large sum of money and many corpses. They take the money and bury the dead people. PUN and TIP but a lot of ginseng and dried sea food. They bring the goods to an inn where they meet KIU. KIU also brings a box but they do not know that YI is in the box. KWAI, SUM and TOR of Chat Chut Valley come to help KIU. SUM likes eating man and he kills members of Sam Chut Villa and uses the meat to make some bunds. KID takes PUN's box by mistake and KWAI tries to get it from KIU. YING comes and helps KIU to drive them away. SUM threatens YING and KIU to surrender with PUN and TIP's lives.

KIU saves PUN and TIP. Members of the Six Schools also arrive. PUN and TIP grasp a chance to run away when the others are fighting. YING comes across PAK and is shocked to learn that PAK has become the Master of Chat Chut Valley. PAK's ship explodes and collides with YING's ship. All of them jump into the sea. YING, FUNG and HUNG are brought to land by current. As FUNG is in a comatose, TIP goes to find a doctor. TIP and PUN's efforts are appreciated by YING. In order to stay close to FUNG, PUN begs YING to adopt him as his student. TIP finds PAK lying in the storeroom and looks after him. PAK wakes up and is angry to learn that TIP has saved YING. He wants to kill TIP.

PAK chases after TIP, trying to kill him. However he is still weak and he falls down a cliff. TIP saves him, risking his life. PAK is touched. PAK wants to teach TIP martial arts as he is a talented youth. However it is against TIP's will. TIP only wants to marry NGOR and leads a calm life. PAK gives TIP a golden pearl as a prove so that he can contact members of Chat Chut Valley for him. However the pearl is swallowed by LAM. TIP and NGOR are arrested and questioned by PAK's people as TIP cannot prove his identity. SUN and YING take meditation to improve their martial arts. FUNG and HUNG go to lurk members of Chat Chut Valley. However they are defeated by KWAI, KIU and SUM. They have to return to Sam Chut Villa. As their careless plan results in the death of members of the Villa, YING wants to punish FUNG by hurting her veins to get her martial arts back. SUN objects and locks FUNG up in Regret Cliff.

TIP secretly takes care of PAK. PAK appreciates his character. YING and SUN send PANG to search for PAK. TIP carries PAK on his back and go to the street where they witness a child falling down. PAK saves the child and his act draws PANG's attention. ~ANG and his people surround PAK and TIP. PAK teaches TIP special steps and the way of using a rope. In chaos, three people are killed. TIP feels guilty. YING worries as FUNG is a pride girl. SUN suggests to bridge HUNG and FUNG. HUNG is excited. PUN is a quick-tempered man. YING forces him to practise calligraphy before learning martial arts. PUN wants to date FUNG but he is tricked by HUNG. He is slammed by FUNG. YING sends PUN to Regret Cliff. HUNG comes and gives him a good trounce. PUN accuses HUNG but no one believes him.

Being looked down upon by the others, PUN determines to learn martial arts to prove his talent. He has been practising calligraphy round the clock for three days and his strong will touches YING. YING asks PUN to practise "Still Pose" but PUN asks WO to replace him. FUNG tells YING PUN's trick. PUN clams that he goes to learn "Grasshopper Stance". PAK pretends that he will die soon to make TIP learn his martial arts. TIP tries to swallow all told by PAK into his mind. However TIP still refuses to learn PAK's "Fire Spear". LAM goes to gamble as she wants to raise money for TIP's marriage. Unfortunately she loses all her money and owes the others money. She seeks help from PUN. PUN gives her some clothes. FUNG thinks that they have stolen her jade accessory. Later FUNG finds it and realizes that she is wrong. TIP works hard and his ability improves. One day LAM is attacked by the debtors. TIP comes and drives them away.

Love germinates in PUN and FUNG's hearts. When PUN knows that YING was poisoned and FUNG's mother died as she wanted to save YING, he determines to help FUNG. LAM and NGOR work in the town. TIP invites PAK to his house. SUN sends people to find PAK. PUN goes home as he is lazy. He finds PACK in his house. Not knowing who PAK is, PUN scolds him. PAK wants to kill PUN but is stopped by TIP. TIP asks PUN to swear not to tell the others where PAK is. However PUN cannot keep his lips tight. When SUN knows that PAK is in TIP's house, he leads people to arrest him. However PAK has left. He catches TIP and questions him. PUN regrets and he sets TIP free. PAK also arrives. He hates PUN and wants to kill him. YING stops him but is hurt. PAK declares that he did not poison YING. YING is confused. After they have left, SUN comes and hurts YING seriously.

SUN hurts YING seriously and he uses his internal energy to paralyze YING. FUNG and HUNG come and that are deceived by SUN who frames PAK. Being hurt by SUN, YING cannot speak and thus cannot tell FUNG and HUNG the truth. PUN and FUNG study martial arts together so as to avenge YING's being hurt. HUNG is jealous. TIP is caught by KWAI and KIU. He is taken to Villains Valley where he is tortured by SUM and YURK. TIP grasps a chance to run away but he falls down abridge carelessly. KIU saves him but her arm is hurt. TIP runs away but he is stopped by Fire Crows. He returns and discovers that KIU's arm is still bleeding. The others worry and try to save her. TIP is confused. He visits KIU and gets known of her unpleasant past. KIU suffers from a mysterious disease as she was raped by Sacred Monk. She was framed and her parents were killed. She had no way to go and was lucky as PAK saved her.

TIP's martial arts improve greatly as he is instructed by PAK. TIP wants to visit his mother and NGOR, so PAK sends KID to accompany him. TIP is in despair as LAM ran away after stealing the others' valuables. NGOR has married a rich man. TIP and KIU go to find LAM and come across Sacred Monk. They are defeated and have to run away. KIU is hurt and bleeds. TIP goes to find herb to cure her and he kills Sacred Monk unintentionally. KIU is saved and she thanks TIP. They return to the valley. PAK finds TIP's necklace and decides to find LAM so that he can clarify TIP's identity. SUN arranges HUNG to marry FUNG. At the same time he encourages FUNG and PUN to elope so that they can go to Villains Valley to be his spies.

The others know that KIU admires TIP and thus they trick her. KIU feels being humiliated and is so angry that she tries to chop the herb. TIP tries to stop her and is hurt in chaos. However the accident lets him know that the herb will flower and can cure KIU if it is irrigated with blood. FUNG faints in the wedding ceremony. The doctor says that she is bearing a baby. HUNG is angry. FUNG elopes with PUN but they are chased after by members of different schools. PUN and FUNG defeat but do not kill them. SUN follows them and he kills the members of other schools to frame FUNG and PUN. HUNG also arrives. He leaves some explosives on their ship to kill them.

The ship shatters in the explosion. PUN and FUNG are saved by the chief of a tribe. HUNG comes and kill the innocent people. TIP waters the herb with his blood every day. He is exhausted. KIU discovers TIP's act and is touched. TIP also tells KIU that he loves her. KIU is excited. PAK is informed by his spies that PUN and FUNG have betrayed SUN. PAK does not trust them but he agrees to give them accommodation as TIP begs him. FUNG has a fever and PUN goes to buy medicine. On the way he meets TIP. They go to see FUNG but cannot find her as she has been kidnapped by HUNG. HUNG wants to rape her but is stopped by PUN who just manages to catch up. He tells HUNG that all have been set up by SUN.

PUN does not kill HUNG. Instead he lets go of HUNG but HUNG does not thank him. HUNG hurts PUN. PUN and FUNG run away and go to meet TIP at the jetty. They go to Villains Valley. SUN uses needles to control YING. YING uses his internal energy to remove the needles and his act is discovered by HUNG. YING tells HUNG what has happened. HUNG has his own plan. FUNG hates PAK but PUN reminds her to conceal her anger for the plan. In order to win the others' trust, they get married. KIU is envy and TIP promises that he will marry her after the herb has flowered. HUNG sets YING's room on fire. He manages to make the others believe that YING has been killed in the accident. In fact he takes YING to a cave where he asks YING to teach his "Mighty Sabre Pose".

PUN and FUNG find that those living in Villains Valley are not really villains. HUNG urges YING to teach him martial arts. YING suspects HUNG's intention. HUNG chains YING's bones to prevent him from escaping. In order to set himself free YING breaks the chains but it costs all his power and internal energy. YING loses his consciousness. PAK finds him and takes him to the valley where he tries his best to cure YING. LAM will arrive at the valley three days later. FUNG decides to quicken the plan. She leaves medicine in the wine to make the others faint so as to make an opportunity for SUN to get into the valley. LAM comes and tells PUN that he is PAK's son PAU. PUN and PAK are shocked.

PUN is shocked and YING brings them to meet SUN's plan. FUNG regrets but it is too poisoned and SUN has arrived. PUN and PAK that KIU and TIP can escape. YING. YING tells them late. All have been stay to delay SUN so Through the secret passage, PAK and PUN get to the sea. SUN follows that to an island. HUNG wants to rape FUNG. FUNG protects herself by jumping into the secret passage. HUNG follows her and is washed to the island but FUNG has disappeared. PAK is so seriously hurt that he tells PUN the method of learning his martial arts, hoping that PUN can tell TIP. At last PAK dies. SUN does not kill PUN asks he wants PUN to make a raft for him. TIP cannot accept the news of the complete destruction of Villains Valley. KIU advises him to stay calm so as to avenge their deaths.

PUN wants to kill SUN with some poisonous mushrooms but in vain. PUN is poisoned. PUN wants to burn the raft but is discovered by HUNG. PUN tries to convince SUN and HUNG that they hate each other. They are deceived. SUN releases PUN so that PUN can kill HUNG for him. HUNG dies and SUN wants to kill PUN. SUN is frightened by a piece of stone which has been thrown to him. He leaves PUN behind. After he has left FUNG comes to look after PUN. TIP wants to kill SUN but KIU stops him and tells him that she is bearing his baby. TIP is in a dilemma and at last he decides to stay with KIU. Five years later, TIP runs an inn and lives happily with KIU and their son PUI. PUN manages to finish studying "Mighty Sabre Pose". One day he and FUNG find a ship near the island.

PUN and FUNG are saved but they are angry to know that Sam Chut Villa is respected by many people. They leave the ship angrily. They go to Chuen Zhou to find TIP. FUNG is sick and they have no money to pay the rent of their room. They argue with the innkeeper and the quarrel attracts the attention of the inn-owner. PUN and KIU are happy to see the inn-owner as he is TIP. PUN is discontented as TIP enjoys the calm life and has forgotten the vengeance. TIP is in a dilemma as his son and KIU are his burden. PUN criticizes KIU and they have an argument. In chaos, PUI's knee is hurt. TIP and KIU worry as they are afraid that PUI may have the mysterious disease. Luckily PUI does not have it.

PUN and FUNG do not want to spoil TIP and KIU's happy family. They claim that they have given up their plan and work for TIP. At; night they do not give up practising martial arts. KWAI comes and they are happy. In fact KWAI is controlled by SUN's drugs and he is forced to kill them or his friends in Villain Valley will be killed. However he does not want to kill them. PUN and TIP pretend that they have no intention to fight SUN and have decided to flee. KWAI is discontented. TIP sends KIU, PUI and KWAI to the pier and then he sets off to assassinate SUN. PUN and KIU also come. KIU takes PUI with her and come to give a helping hand. With joint efforts, they kill SUN.

When all are happy to see SUN die, TIP finds that KIU's arm is bleeding. He goes to find the herb. SUN has not died. They have only been fooled by SUN's clone. KIU and KWAI are killed while PUN and FUNG are caught. PUI is safe as he has been placed in the basement by KIU. TIP returns and is in deep grief to learn what has happened. TIP does not want to leave PUI alone, thus he takes PUI with him to challenge SUN with a duel. SUN defeats TIP and TIP faints. Luckily PUI takes care of TIP. FUNG and PUN are forced to take SUN's drugs and they are locked up in the cell. There they meet NG who tells them that SUN can only be killed with weapons made of dark metal.

Members of Wa Shan School come to save NG. NG devoted his life to protect PUN and FUNG. NG is killed by SUN. PUN and FUNG meet PUI who is stealing money to buy medicine for TIP. They reunite and go to find black metal and CHING, who is a talented blacksmith. However they are told by NGAU that CHING has died. They are astonished to see that CHINGs gravestone is very hard. They realize that it is made of black metal. Meanwhile NGAU is inspired to tell how to make weapons with black metal. They get a sabre, a sword and a spear with black metal and determine to kill SUN for justice and chivalry.
