Season 2

The Wonder Pets travel to the puppet theater to save Little Red Riding Hood. The Big Bad Wolf is chasing her, but she doesn't believe she's in any trouble. The wolf acts like he's friendly to trick her, plotting to eat her and her grandmother.

When Tuck the Turtle dreams of being somewhere other than the classroom, he ends up in the Caribbean Sea. Then he ends up stuck his foot on a coral reef. Ming-Ming and Linny must venture to the Caribbean to save him. It's a relaxing, sunny place, but they do their best to keep their minds on the job.

The Wonder Pets head to Yellowstone National Park to rescue an egg before it falls on the edge of a cliff.

The Wonder Pets get a call from a flamingo who is stuck in a marsh in a Jamaican coloring book.

The Wonder Pets shrink down to bee-sized to help a Baby Bee make her first collection of nectar for her hive.

The Wonder Pets receive a call from a squirrel who is trapped on a Ferris wheel at Coney Island. When they free the squirrel from the wheel, they discover that it seems to be lost, but is reluctant to ask for help. They also enjoy the delights of Coney Island while trying to persuade the squirrel.

The Wonder Pets travel to the island of Madagascar to save a chameleon from a cuckoo hawk. Along the way, they try new ways of doing things and learn about the concept of camouflage.

When Ming-Ming appears out of nowhere inside Tuck's terrarium, she playfully messes with his things for her own amusement, to Tuck's dismay. Initially, Tuck is frustrated with Ming-Ming's antics, until it is the last straw when she deliberately rearranges his turtle sculpture into the shape of a duck, leading to an argument between the two. Tuck angrily declares that he is giving Ming-Ming the silent treatment, and unimpressed with this gesture, Ming-Ming angrily agrees. Nevertheless, the two plus Linny (who tries her best to dissolve the duo's argument) must still have the chance work together to help a platypus stuck on a river in Australia and restore their friendship.

The Wonder Pets return to the Magical Land seen in Save the Unicorn! to rescue the baby dragon. The dragon is trapped on a cloud that is rapidly shrinking. They have to figure out a way for him to get down without getting hurt.

The Wonder Pets need to help the beaver with a leaky dam. The resolution is when the Wonder Pets plug up the hole in the leaky dam.

The Wonder Pets travel to Canada and help a family of Young Goslings learn to fly south by converting the Flyboat into a big Goose.

Ollie, the bunny who once joined the Pets on a rescue, sets up his own animal-rescue service with a toy rock and frog. But when his plan backfires and he end up trapped in a birdfeeder along with a poor baby chipmunk, he was about to save! It's time for the Wonder Pets we all know to save the day as real heroes do!

The Wonder Pets travel to the bogs of North Carolina to help a ladybug escape the closing leaves of a hungry Venus Flytrap.

The Wonder Pets head to Japan to help a lost sea turtle that is looking for any water to swim in.

The Wonder Pets help a drawing of a pangaroo, a fictional animal that is part kangaroo and part parrot, who has been thrown away in the trash. They later help him find a home and a friend.

The Wonder Pets must become brave knights to rescue a Baby Griffin in medieval England whose tail is stuck beneath a stone. Along the way, scaredy-cats Ming-Ming and Tuck learn the secrets of braveness.

The Wonder Pets must shrink to the size of bees to help one who is having trouble making nectar. When she has problems with flying, they try to help her learn. It's up to the viewer to become a new member of the Wonder Pets and help Linny, Tuck and Ming-Ming figure out what kind of animal is in trouble. Each time the phone rings they find clues. The animal in trouble is a hummingbird whose beak is stuck in an apple.

The Wonder Pets must help a baby rooster "cock-a-doodle-doo" as loud as he can so he can wake the animals up on the farm.

The Wonder Pets head to the tundra where a group of baby birds has no place to perch, except in the antlers of a lonely moose.

The Wonder Pets help their old friend Baby Blowfish overcome her separation anxiety on her first day of preschool, owned by a caring teacher by the name of Mrs. Seahorse.

The Wonder Pets set out to reunite a lost parrot with her pirate friend in a clay diorama so they can find hidden/buried treasure.

In this Bollywood extravaganza, the Wonder Pets get a call from a young White Bengal Tiger in India who has a thorn in her foot. The team must teach her small things are a big help.

On Christmas Eve, a mouse king emerges from a picture book in the classroom and steals the Wonder Pets' nutcracker present.

It's summer vacation, and the Wonder Pets rescue a young circus lion named Cubby from falling off a circus train. The Penguin Ringmaster is so impressed with the Wonder Pets that he offers them jobs at the circus. But Linny hates this as much as Tuck and Ming Ming and wishes they were heroes again instead of circus performers. But after they rescue the animals from a trapeze they start to miss their home and decide to be heroes again.

Little Bee and Slug accidentally take the Flyboat for a ride that quickly gets out of control while the Wonder Pets are going to rescue the Baby Fox.

When Bernie the old white mouse gets stuck in a cuckoo clock, the Wonder Pets travel to Linny's grandmother's local nursing home to save him.

The Wonder Pets help a young glowworm named Lucy to find what she's good at glowing!

The Wonder Pets travel to Memphis to save a baby hound dog who is stuck inside a jukebox located inside of a large mansion.

The Wonder Pets travel to Las Vegas to assist three performing rats who are having trouble working together on their song and a dance routine.
