Yu-yu, Raika, and Touya were invited to America, and went on a tour of exhibition matches. A fierce fighter who placed 2nd in Deluxe USA awaits Yu-yu in New York.

Deluxe USA's champion, Sophie Belle, is also known as the Witch of the Starry Skies. Raika gets irritated as she seems to be playing around during the fight. Will Raika be able to resist the Almajestar that Sophie controls?

Megumi, Urara, and Tomari. The fighters in Japan spend their days training as well. Michiru is summoned by Jinki and heads to Ariake Arena in order to unveil the plot underlying Deluxe. But what awaited him was a terrifying power instead.

Tohya's opponent in Los Angeles is Sam, who placed 3rd in Deluxe USA. He hints that his investigation suggests that Masanori could be involved with Uniformers. In order to gain more information, Tohya challenges Sam and his Blue Deathsters to a fight with an intent to win.

Reno and Tenma are #1 on the "Ranking of Upcoming Idols". Urara goes wild when the two of them make a sudden appearance at Wonder Hill in Kanazawa. While Urara gives it her all in a fight with the idol she likes, her opponent Reno seems to be troubled about something.

Uniformers is a group that trains on the basis of data with the goal of having the "Ultimate Fight". Urara hits it off with one of their members, Halona. And the person Halona introduced as one who knows true power is none other than the organiser of Deluxe, Jinki Mukae.

Even in the Uniformers, Shinobu is an outcast. When he gets bored with the daily training schedule, he encounters Michiru by chance in the underground facility and speaks with him. Meanwhile, in order to put a stop to a scheme involving Masanori, Zakusa steps into a serious fight he must not lose.

Raika gets a call from Sophie. Raika accepts the invitation as he would be told the location of the missing Michiru if he did. As Sam chases after the pair, Danji questions Sam's true identity. Also, Sophie reveals her true strength against Raika!

Halona leads Uniformers and discards the flags of the teams of each region after defeating them. Meanwhile, Urara sends a message after a period of absence saying "Let's meet at Wonder Hill". What awaits Megumi at the amusement park that night...?

Yu-yu returns and is shocked by how much Urara has changed, and agrees to a fight. Urara has gained strength from her activities with Uniformers. However, Yu-yu wishes to help Urara remember what is more important than the fight she's currently aiming for.

The existence of a mastermind behind Jinki's plans is revealed to Danji and friends from Sam's investigation. Michiru appears before those that invaded Uniformers' network. Raika resolves to have a digital fight with the one he respects in order to reclaim Michiru's heart.

Danji and Michiru fight in a virtual space. Michiru dreams of a world colored by the Uniformers' program that he honed, while Danji fights to bring him back to reality. Whose hands will the future be entrusted to?
